Pre build styles

Hello,
I should be able to use an pre build style.
I'm intresten in using style 3 variation 3.
At demo tab i can Install demo data for style 3. But can not found how to select That i want to use variation 3 of this style.
Also can not find where to set this in manual.
Can you explane me where to set witch style variation i want to use?
