Adding an extra column of products

If we're using the box style, we'd like to be able to have an extra column of products (4 columns of products with sidebar or 5 columns of products without sidebar). Is this possible?Alternatively, if we're using small style which gives us more columns, is there a way to have the "add to cart" and "add to wishlist" features in there?Thank you.
