REinstall of GoodStore theme does NOT bring all the Pages in!

Somehow I messed up the Theme, so I deleted my website and started over. On reinstall there are several problems:
None of the JaW plugins came in with the theme this time.
None of the Theme Pages are Installed (only 6 default pages exist)
I did the EXACT same process! Upload GoodStore.Zip and GoodStoreChild.Zip
I had to upload all the plugins this time manually (URL's failed when trying to receive them directly from JaW)
So how do I get my 89 Theme Pages back?
