RevoSlider Stopped working from admin

Hi thereevery time i try to open revo slider to make changes from the admin area I get a 502 page. Server company says its something with the plugin, but the plugin was downloaded as part of the theme from you guys. Can you please help? The slider seems to be working fine on the homepage, but I just cant make any changes which is no good.thanks!Also i tried updating the theme and it didnt work correctly. maybe you can help try to do that?
