Upgrade to 1.2.3 and "add to cart" problems

Hi I'm getting a notice to upgrade to version 1.2.3 but the one that I can get on envato is 1.1.4 can you please tell me how to upgrade the most reacent version.And also on Chrome the add to cart button is not working, please Help.
