Atributes and variations not working properly

hi,in our store we are using allot of variations and they are not working properly, when goodstoretheme is activated. For instance when you chose an variation, and want to click the same select boxagain you only see 1 option and have to click clear selection to reset the box... as i said this isworking ok in the default wordpress 2014 theme, so there must be something with the theme coding.
