Two part question

I need to insert this line into the index file: <meta name="p:domain_verify" content="255250cb090f5fd8b7204457419882d4"/> but i'm not sure where to put it. I need to for. I can only see where to put e.g. Javascript.Also...Do you know og any plugins that allows me to have a custom pre- or suffix to the price? I need/would like to, have it saying what units the product are sold in. e.g. sqf, pcs or meters.
