Mobile website- products not adding to shopping cart

When I checked out the my website(s) on my mobile phone, I noticed, that when I clicked on add to cart.. it didn't add to the cart.. I also noticed on the tabs, that there is a lablel "My Cart" and "Shopping Cart" all on one tab. I also tried to add it to my wish list.. it said the product was added, but when I checked.. there were no products in my wish list. The logo/header isn't fitting correctly either., and it seems to be loading slowly.Please advise on how to fix this..
