Colors not saving, custom posts plugin issues

When I go into styling options and I make changes, but after saving nothing changes in the front end, though all the updated settings are in the backend.Also when I have the JaW Custom Post plugin installed, I can not edit menus. When I delete the plugin everything I can edit menus.
