layer navigation doesn't work

Hello,the layer navigation doesn't work. The product features are ready and is displayed in products details. The widget is configurated but in the sidebar the layer navigation is not viewable. Also with demo date from template goodstore is the layer navigation not viewable. What is the reason?Thanks for help in advance.bluescreen master
