Double Dropdown Menus

I have an issue where a dropdown menu styling or function somewhere in the GoodStore theme is causing a problem with one of my other plugins. The result is there are two dropdown menus stacked one on top of the other like this:
The plugin it's conflicting with is the Fancy Product Designer and it happens if the sidebar for the Fancy Product Designer is set to the righthand side. The dropdown menu in the screenshot on top seems to be added by GoodStore and the one on the bottom is Fancy Product Designer's own dropdown.
