Checkout fields for city selection duplicates!

The city and additional field duplicates - it seems that the inputs are using name that is not according to woocommerce selector standard...I've tried using other themes and there are no such problems on the checkout page...only goodstore has the problems!Pls see the attached screenshot (the one with the duplicate dropdowns is goodstore theme..), and pls help on this urgently..
