BIG ISSUE WITH CHECK OUT - NEED FAST RESOLVE

Please go to IslandJay.com and add any product to cart.
Then go to cart http://islandjay.com/cart/
1 You cannot select the country or anything to calculate the shipping on this page.
2 Also, I am getting mixed reports of the same issue on the check out page. Customers cannot select their country at the top or state.
I cannot replicate this second problem myself, but I had 2 customers tell me about it in the past 24 hours.3. Using chrome on the check out page, when you change the country from USA to Canada, the states/providence do not change.
Please let me know asap what the problem may be.Thank you
