Hi, having installed Goodstore I am having some problems, I have deleted some of the homepage variations, the page content goes away but the page does not dissapear from the top menu bar?

Also, I have created a new page and tried to add this but does not show in the menu bar or as a child to any other pages, it is however visible but only when i click directly to it from editing.

Also, I have deleted the theme a few times and re-installed to try and get back to the original demo as i wanted all the demo site (i deleted stuff while playing around) but I can never reupload the full demo site, it uploads again and keeps old deleted settings... ie, with images and pages missing.
