Where is the navigation function?

The nav menu system that comes with Goodstore isn't working for my needs. I need to have a cascading menu system, and as per your response from a recent, previous thread, you said your menu can't do what I need.So I'm going to use a plugin such as UberMenu or QuadMenu.The problem is, they appear to be incompatible with GoodStore because the call to the navigation menu isn't in a typical place (template or file) apparently.For example, it isn't in the header.php file.I need to disable the built-in navigation, but replace that code with new code given to me by the devs of the plugin. But I can't find where to put the code exactly (for reasons mentioned above.
