Remove Shopping Cart Dollar Amount from Top Bar

Hi...I would like to remove the dollar amount from the Top Bar in the header area... not the entire WooCommerce option to show the cart content... just the part that displays the total dollar amount on the Top Bar.We feel that seeing the dollar amount in ones cart in the Top Bar will deter shoppers from adding more items to their cart.Regards,
