wrong pictures cropping

Please have a look at the sub category page, eg. https://moda-ewa.sk/kategoria-produktu/pre-damy/zimne-bundy/.
You will notice, that most of the pictures are cropped by very strange way, some are full size (not cropped). My client wants them all to be showed the same, not cropped way. How can I get it please? i tried my best, but cannot figure it out.
