Font issues

Hi,I have changed some title fonts to Oswald (Google), however it only works on my computer that has this font installed in Windows. In an other computers without the font, or even on mobile devices, it does not work... does not change font.I tried to do with self-source following in the steps in "/how-to-set-fonts", and did not work too.How can I solve this?
