Update 4.3 not updating

4.2 is installed as is envato toolkit. Toolkit does not offer update options, according to envato it should. So I downloaded (supposed) 4.3 zip from envato and uploaded manually to server. Zip filesize mirrors that of 4.2 purchased 1 month ago. Wordpress still lists 4.2 and recommends 4.3.
1) How do I know the zip file from envato market is 4.3?
2) The envato toolkit is supposed to offer an update option. Where is it?
3) Where do I get the goodstore 4.3 version?
Please advise. Thank you in advance.
