Hello ,
With all due respect I have never used the theme since I purchased it I am not too good with Wordpress it is difficult, not your fault it is a visually striking theme I loved, just not Wordpress savvy and didn't understand how to use theme at all.
May I kindly request a refund? I believe I am still within the 6-month support period and will give your theme a great rating.
