CSS styles get lost on clicking "SAVE ALL CHANGES" in theme options

Hi,When I click on "SAVE ALL CHANGES" in theme options then it is showing distorted designHere's screenshot of design that shows no CSS
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:-1. INSTALL FRESH DATA2. SEE THE THEME DESIGN. IT WILL BE PERFECTLY FINE3. GO TO APPEARANCE-> THEME OPTIONS -> GENERAL SETTING -> CLICK SAVE ALL CHANGES4. SEE THE THEME DESIGN. IT WILL DISTORT EVERYTHINGYou can click on save all changes without even changing anything and you will notice design gets distorted.I have given wordpress login details. you can replicate the issue as wellEVEN CLICKING SUBMIT VIDEO IS NOT SHOWING POPUP.
