I'm having a problem with downloading my theme.

Purchase Code; deleted

I have tried all options but this product will not download. 
This is the message I receive when i try to download my theme inside Wordpress: 

balancingtherealyou.com didn’t send any data. 
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Name of my website: www.balancingtherealyou.com is the name of my website.

I hope you can help because I really like the website theme.

 If not I would like to request the refund.
