Error updating or installing plugin

When I try to update the required plug-ins, Essential Grid or Revolution Slider or try to install the Envato Wordpress toolkit I get the error:Downloading install package from /home/rampcsys/public_html/rampcwp/wp-content/themes/goodstore-child/framework/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit-master.zip… (plug-in name changes depending on what you are installing)Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.I saw in the forum where other people had ran into the same problem and I switched to the main Goodstore theme and tried it again as suggested with the same results.
