Style 3 default demo installation total failure

Hi,
tried my best to install the demo content according the
documentation. It completely failed - some pages were added, some data
in multimedia library but no images, no slides, totaly different from
what I expected when buying the theme.
Can you please send me some REAL documentation on how to install full demo content, or help me with it?
