API Instagram Function not working

hello. Ive been trying to get the instagram API key to work under theme options. I follow all the steps in the cyan box and when i click GET INSTAGRAM TOKEN i always get a Client Secret error.. ive followed every step and tried it over and over.. any thoughts?
