How to change website TITLE (at the frontpage)?

Hello,
I cannot change the title "#G'day News into --> my personal website TITLE, 
e. g. "Larry's Talk of Fame".
I only can find my own title in the Top Bar...

Or can I just put a logo instead of a title in text form in the header area?
