need help with some issues

i have installed the traveler theme with demo data in a new fresh wordpress 4.7.1
- the page speed is too slow. i get 69 score in gmetrix. i need to improve this page speed
- the logo is not responsive. the logo looks condensed when i surf my blog in an iphone. i need to fix this.
- the go up arrow is not showed in mobile version.
