Few new issues after theme update

Love the theme. Keep up the good work!
I updated the theme today via FTP. Noticing a few issues at http://islandjay.com/
1.) Right on the home page. The Featured product should show only 4, it is doubling and showing 8.
The Recent product Small should show 6, it is again doubling and showing 12
2.) The text OLDER POST is appearing below both of those above.
3.) How do I remove the space between the Newsletter and product categories? How do I remove the space between the product categories and the Featured product?4.) 20% Newsletter does not want to center align. Do I need to add css code in the custom area for this?
5.) Why don't my products have boxes around them like in your demo?http://themeforest.net/item/goodstore-woocommerce-responsive-theme/full_screen_preview/7314327
