Blog Pagination - page not found

    Hi,

    Goodstore 3.0.6

    I've got a page called "Blog" which has been set as my default Posts page in WP-Admin > Settings > Reading > 

    In Theme Options > Blog & Posts > Post Settings > Number of posts = 6
    and pagination set to "number"

    I have 7 Posts, the blog page http://go.desi/blog/ displays the latest 6 (correct) but the pagination at the bottom displays ok but I get "Page not found" for page 2

    Any ideas please?
