Categories in title issue

- When there are many categories under a blog layout, the design doesn't handle showing the categories in the title bar well. A screenshot is attached in the links.
Many themes have handled this through submenus example : http://imgur.com/a/RKorq
- The font size of the categories should not be equal to the title. There font size should be chosen separately.
