User Ratings Question & Author Avatar in search results.

Good Morning!After enabling the user ratings feature on this post....I have a number of questions.1. Is this user rating a rich snippit for Google to see and show in search results?2. Can we put the ability for the user to rate the post on the top set of stars as well as the bottom?3. When rating, there is no movement to the starts, no animation. It does not show which stars are selected.Also, my author avatar no longer shows up on a google search. Example,Google MOVING TO KEY WEST and my article should be one of the top. However, my author avatar is gone.
It was active for a while, but I have not blogged in months. I am not sure if this is related to your theme or not.Thank you. Keep it coming, I love this theme :)
