GDN Theme - Translation not working

Hi, I am using the Translation option in order to translate to spanish. I saved the changes for each text translated but the changes are not take in count. I already tried to change the language from Wordpress settings also but still no luck. Is there any additional step I am missing? any assistance will be appreciated.
