Get thumbnails in line

Hi
I had to outsource my problem with thumbnails size. Now that are fixed. The problem now is that all thumbnails are horisontaly misplaced as you can see when you enter my site with the logins I have provide.
Is it possible to have them plaed in a nice line like the screenshots below
The first picture is how it is now. That I do not want.
And the one below is how I want it to look.
Is it possible to define a height or something for each row to get them in line like I want them?
