Since September 1st 2016. I reported that my theme is not displaying correctly as the "you may also like" products are being forced to display on two lines instead of the ONE line in the settings.
Was given a supposing fix. Which did not work. Provided FTP. You said its displaying correctly. When I checked, I discovered, the theme issue is occurring on Google Chrome. This suggests there is now some incompatibility with some browsers.
To this day I am being ignored. I paid for support which expired after I started the complaint. Your fix did not work. Am I to understand that you will ignore customers in this situation whose websites are broken by your updates?
