When product is added the quantity is duplicated only from shop page not when product is clicked on and then added to basket.

Try adding a product from this page below as if a product is clicked and you add from there it seems to be fine.

Noticed
this only happens when i click the add to cart button that next to the
wishlist button under the product image that displayed on that page.
Same things happens on the specific product page as below
