Product Images Not displaying Correctly

On my product detail page I have tried setting the images at 400x400 pxls, 350x350 pxls and lastly at 274x293 pxls. Each time the image looks v.big (bigger than in your demo) and the thumb nail images below are cut off (see image attached). Also when I hover over the main image the image is magnified on the right of the main image and not inside as in your demo. Am i missing some settings?
