Full width layout squished on some browsers

I have had this happen many times and can't figure it out. I am using a full width layout for my theme and it looks fine on some computers but on others the content gets squished to the center but background stays full width. I have attached 2 screenshots to show what I mean. The logo and menu should go to the edge of the page. This even happens when I view the good store sample pages so it must be a conflict with the internet browsers themselves.When I originally set it up it looked fine and then one day this happened. When it does happen it seems to happen on every browser on that computer but on some other computers it looks fine. I tried it on a public computer last night and it was squished. I have tried to clear setting and the internet browsers cache but no luck.Any idea how to fix this?
