Zoom Magnifier Not Working

Hello,I have found that my YITH Zoom Magnifier is not working. I have tried deactivating it, then reactivate. Nothing. I have deactivated 3rd party plugin called jquery updater (as suggested in this thread: http://support.jawtemplates.com/discussion/2407) and it did not help.My problem is that on some of my product pages I have more than one image. It will show the primary image above then the thumbnails below. I thought when you click on a thumbnail it would change the image in the main picture. Instead it is opening the image on a new page with a url that is a direct link to the image, like this - http://www.MYWEBSITE.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/NAMEofIMAGE-600x600.jpgI do NOT want additional pages to open. I do NOT want the user to leave the product page. I want the image above to change based on the thumbnail selected, like in the video supplied on the plugin page ()
Can you help me figure out what is going wrong? It worked fine last week. Thank you.
