Woocommerce Visual Attributes plugin compatibility

I purchased Woocommerce Visual Attributes & Options Swatches plugin http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-visual-attributes-options-swatches/9562958 . and i installed this plugin to my site but its not show any changes in product variation area. and i contact plugin customer support and they advise me to contact theme developers for this issue . please check below screen shot of their reply and check what you can do this ?
