We have develop a e-commerce site with your theme, but the site performance is very low:

- pages take up to 14 seconds to load
- site is crashing  with 100 simultaneous visits
- Back Office is very very slow

We see in your demo fast loads and performance, but we canºt get that performance level.

We are using a dedicated VPS in the Azure Cloud, and the plugin cache W3 Total Cache

Can you advise us which the best server configurations to run your theme 

Can it be a incompatible plugin?
