Translate French and Turkish problems

Hello,I have a problem and question about the translating the template for French and Turkish.I have a multi language website, I saw that Frens is available and have imported that and now when I look at my website I see some English words and French.Can anyone help me out of this , Do I make some mistakes.And for Turkish can you help me how can I make that .po .mo file and where I must import that.I give you my credentials soo you can look at it.Thanks.Friendly regards,Sero
