Problem installing childtheme (The parent theme are missing)

Get the classic parent theme are missing error. Trouble shooting with the help of your supportsite and google but stil the same problem. A user error of course but cant really get it to work: (
Second quistion: When you awesome people have showed me how to fix this, can I just copy the CSS from the main theme to my child theme to keep the stylechanges`?
