Updating Page, Causing Page not Found

  • I am updating a page created fresh after the install, after I hit Update it loads for a bit then takes me to Page Not Found page.  Previously it has updated fine, not sure why it started this.  

    I did several searches and the permalink fix, didn't work.  Nor did turning off all Plug Ins.

    Any suggestions?
