Cannot add custom Preset

I am using Revo Composer and cannot add any custom presets. It does not matter what kind (custom text, image) none of them work. I will create my item, such as custom text, and save my page. But, when I try and save it nothing happens. When I click on Element Presets nothing is there. Do you know why? It was working yesterday.
