Dokan plugin (multi vendor) format not right and theme pages not correct

i have purchased the theme to go with my Dokan - Multivendor plugin but the theme does not reflect any changes to some of the pages i have-if i were to access my vendor dashboard it is not showing the right theme as shown below:
