After updating to the latest woocommerce and updating all the templates, products are not showing

After updating to the latest woocomerce (2.5.0) and updating:
goodstore/content-product.php version from2.4.0 to 2.5.0,
goodstore/content-product_cat.php version from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0,
goodstore/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version from 2.1.0 to 2.5.0,
goodstore/product-searchform.php version to 2.5.0
Product Categories are not displaying on any pages. Please see below.
How can I fix this?
