Mobile Responsiveness: Display Filters first

Hi, for my site i have a sidebar with filters and a category-products displayed.On smartphones, i would like to display the sidebar first with filters, then products next.at the moment it displays all products first then filters last. if i have too many products the user may never see the filters.any option to do this?thank you.
