Set number of product per row

Hi,at the moment the default behaviour is to display 3 products per row. I would like to change so that 4 or 5 products per row is displayed. i have tried to go to the Appearance-> theme settings->Woocommerce and set "Number of Thumbnails per One Row" to 4. However nothing is changed. Even when i go back to check the setting again it allways is set to 3 and never changes after saving.thank you.
