Shipping cost on mobile

Something is wrong.When I add an item to my cart and view the Nationwide shipping, on the computer it shows as $5.25 (which is correct), but when i view on mobile, it displays as $10.50.. It seems to be duplicating. I need this fixed ASAP. please help.
