Login wp dropdown menu in header - how do I change behavior of Log in button?

Dear J&W,How do I change the behavior of Log In button in login wp dropdown menu in header? Now it links to /wp-login.php also when I fill in wrong password, I would be redirected to /wp-login, I want to use /my-account as target.Also is there any possibility to disable this dropdown menu and make only "<a href=" link to "/my-account" on the same place in header menu??
